What Do You Think About BookTube?

Dear readers of the internet, we are gathered here today, on the blog Loving the Language of Literacy, to join the blogger Sofia Li to the association known as

I'm kidding guys, I am not getting married to BookTube (or getting married in general.... I'm a teenager). But what I would like to know are YOUR thoughts pertaining to BookTube. I want to know everything, and when Sofia says everything, she means every detail down to the very wattage of the lightbulb you use so that people can see you when filming.

Basically, this post is an in-depth inquiry about BookTube. I will be adding to it as I find more blog posts, videos (this is a window for you to suggest some to me), questions, and interactions with all things BookTubish. I hope this will help both me and you if you're trying to find out more about BookTube before you dive in.

Why Am I Going Through the Process of Asking Around About BookTube?

Well, this is a very easy question for me to answer. I love book blogging and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made and still intend to do blog for the next couple of years.... if you can stand me for that long. BUUUT, if I were to start from scratch tomorrow, there are definitely some things I would have done differently. Namely, not starting in the middle of wild testing season. I would have scheduled posts and provided a cushion, not gone Netgalley crazy, or signing up for the multitude of blog tours. So before I start BookTubing, I want to make sure I have all the bases covered. Of course I am going to make A TON of mistakes, but I want to not make the obvious ones that I believe I made when blogging.
